Spellcasting For Dummies
A retro style point and click adventure game with a unique and interesting puzzle system I designed. Players are able to build their spells from component words, giving them an unparalleled level of freedom in solving puzzles.

I wanted the system to be both unique, and robust enough to avoid any 'moon logic' puzzles common to this genre of game. Having the players build their own spells means that they have an exponentially expanding list of spells, letting us give puzzles multiple different solutions, rewarding player creativity and avoiding players getting stuck.
