Here I chose 3 prompts from an online random character generator to then design characters on.

Using the prompts I began brainstorming ideas, and then began making basic sketches for how the characters would look. After that, I drew a basic T-pose to have a better view of the character, then provided basic colours to all 3 pieces.
​
During this process, I really learned the importance of iteration in character design. Assuming first design is good enough is complete folly, and more passes must be taken on an idea to insure the end results quality.
